The object consists of a wire wrap board and five labels on the front side and one on the wiring side that lists dates and wiring change infomation. Inspection dates includesd: 12/22/79; 12/2/79; 12/5/79; 12/24/79; 1 14 80 and 1/16 80. This is probably a Foonley proototype board.
