There is a second plastic envelope attached to the front of the machine which is empty. Near the bottom of the machine is a punch card affixed to the front which has the following handwritten on it: "F-S CAB LOCATED NEAR POLES G11-G12 KL 1026". Handwritten in the upper left on the back of the machine is "1026".Date
