Icontroller consists of triangular base with slider at top, one horizontal button, and three vertical buttons with vertical joystick, attached cord, adapter, and separate foot in original box. Included with hardware is an instruction manual, two floppy disks, and one 3.5 in hard disk labeled "ICONtroller Disk / Mouse driver / Type ICN / Test Program / Type SETUP / 63-0419". Floppy disks have same label, but one is labeled "63-0418 Disk 1" and the other "63-0421 Disk 2".
