Description

Donor wrote, "In the late 1960s and early 70s, multichip modules such as those shown in this box became popular. These were miniature circuit boards, executed on ceramic or plastic, with several fully packaged chips, along with discrete components comprising the modules. Such complex packages were frequently used for memory array modules, and in some cases, full system configurations." There are four-digit number handwritten on the masking tape.
