Description
An extended demonstration of the capabilities of the composition software Mockingbird, created at Xerox PARC for the Xerox Dorado computer system. The system is demonstrated by John Maxwell and Severo Ornstein, the creators of the system. Among the features demonstrated are entry of musical scores through a modified electronic keyboard, display of the score on the screen, modification of the score using a mouse and keyboard, and demonstration of the output.
