Harvard University Mark I Paper Tape Punch Unit
Black and white. Harvard University Mark I paper tape punch unit, Unit consists of a table with punching mechanism centered on rear , it is encased in plastic to show its components. On the left of the punch is a keyboard with large cable. Attached to the right of the table is the take-up reel for punched tape. On the table to the left is an opened loose leaf manual. To the left is a huge reel of paper tape. The tape runs through the punch and out to the take-up reel. The Mark I's instructions were sequential on paper tape and the data was on a seperate tape.
