The handle reads "DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS" in raised letters on the solder-side. The board on the solder-side reads "MULTIPLEXER SWITCH A100B" along the left-edge. There are two circular black inspection stamps on the component-side.
