The object is a metal panel apparently designed to bolt to a larger object. On the front of the panel are eight knobs. The covers on the knobs are black. Sample labels attached to the front of the object read MULTIVATOR PULSE GENERATOR, COARSE DELAY, and FINE FREQ.
