The object is a large metal panel with 31 BNC connectors and one multi-pin male connector. There are sockets for 28 vacuum tubes of which 11 are populated. On the back of the panel, there are two sets of clear indicator lights. A loose vacuum tube and miscellaneous parts have been separately packaged and attached to the object.
