The housing consists of two long pieces of metal, connected with screws to form a rectangular case. Both ends of the housing case are open. Two holes at either end indicate that the housing was once attached to something else. There are various components on the top of the housing: 2 9-pin connectors on either end, 6 fuses (3 28V and 3 100V), and 3 on/off switches (all 28V/100V). There are 3 empty sockets for additional components. One 9-pin connector has an attached cable (8 inches long). Next to the other 9-pin connector is label defining the voltage level for the 9 pins (for example pin 1 is +5V and pin 8 is +100V_RTN).
