The object is a Home Pong circular wafer containing approximately 200 dies mounted in a square frame. Quoting 26 Feb 2010 letter from donor: "Home Pong first production wafer: The consumer Pong wafer was from the first prototype run fabricated by AMI in Sunnyvale for us. It is a 3" N-channel device and was designed by Harold Lee, Bob Brown and myself. It has been in my possession since fabrication."
