The object is an early consumer Pong circuit board prototype. Key features are two potentiometer controls. Quoting from the 26 Feb 2010 letter from the donor: "The Home Pong Prototype Board was my first attempt at a PWB for our first consumer product. The difficulty was meeting the FCC standards for RF emissions without adding too much cost. The FCC standards did not envision a high speed digital device which emitted lots of interference around 100 MHz."
