Description

This object is a wall plate designed to fit in a standard single gang outlet box. Two jacks, one is an eight contact phone jack and the other is a 6-contact communications cable, are located above the centerline. Below these are a BNC connector and a video coax male connector located side-by-side and located in a recessed portion of the cover so the face of the cover is flush. From the back side protrude the appropriate back side of the connectors. The connector for the phone has a small circuit board that is populated with phone press-fit jacks for phone wire. A label is affixed to the side of this jack showing the color code of each wire to be inserted. The right side of this label is partially torn off.
