This object is the transit case for a TYQ-33 remote terminal group (workstation). It consists of top and bottom "clam shell" halves held together with 12 twist latches (3 per side). The interior of the case has heavy duty black foam contoured to hold the TYQ-33 components including Logic Module, Terminal Unit, Keyboard and several cables. The data comm cable is held in a separate plastic bin attached to the bottom half. Yellow tags on the top say "UNIT WEIGHS 132 LBS TWO PERSONS ARE REQUIRED TO LIFT AND CARRY". The bottom half has 2 flip up handles at each end.
