Object consists of three parts: two flexible optical discs and a pad of soft blue paper separators. The optical discs are 30cm in diameter (the same as an LP record or a Laserdisc) but flexible. The top disc has a full-width band of data recorded in concentric tracks. Held to the light it is apparently digital in that it shows radial banding indicating fixed-length sectors. The second disc has a narrow outer band of concentric tracks but several partial tracks of discrete rectangular portions. The two discs were contained in a pad of soft blue paper stapled on two edges. Each sheet of paper has a hand-written number, and the top sheet has a column of numbers that are the same as the individual numbers on the following sheets.
