Object is a PCB with a handle for extraction. It bears 10 discrete transistors and other components. Printed on the component side is "SENSE AMPLIFIER" and copyright SDS-62. On the solder side is three round and one square inspection stamp. Handwritten on the label is "D44 Q1-1,2,4 Q2-1 Q3-1,2 Q4-4 L2-1,2,3,4,5". These are all component positions printed on the component side that are vacant, and looking at the solder side it appears that those components were unsoldered and removed. (So also was Q3-4, but it wasn't noted on the handle.)
