Object is a PCB with a handle for extraction. It bears 16 discrete transistors and other components including 2 screw-adjust resistors, one of which is broken. Printed on the component side is "HOLDOVER ONE SHOT" and copyright SDS-65. On the solder side is two round and one square inspection stamp. Handwritten on the label is "15B". A gummed label is wrapped across one edge and has the handwritten note "Bad Pot" (presumably referring to the broken adjustable resistor).
