The object is a rack holding ten vacuum tube modules. Each module has sockets for two vacuum tubes. The object also has 23 BNC connectors and five terminal strips. One vacuum tube module contains smaller vacuum tubes, type 5965. There is one indicator light assembly attached to the object. The assembly contains one white light and one red light. "WWI AIR FORCE" is stamped on a sticker at the bottom of the unit. There are six printed paper tags stuck near the BNC connectors. Each vacuum tube module has a paper tag attached labeled "E7-9-1" through "E7-9-10".
