Object is a metal panel bearing 36 BNC connectors. The top row of 19 BNC connectors have adjustment potentiometers on the back. There are sockets for 10 vacuum tubes, 4 are populated. Two of the sockets are very large. On the back, there is a maintenance tag reading " Component failure, Reason PHENOLIC B R A K edown (sic)" "Date: Sept 28 - 64".
