Object is a metal panel bearing 10 BNC connectors and a number of potentiometer controls, rotary switches, and toggle switches. Some BNC connectors are connected to each other via cables, including Tee-junctions. The serial number printed on the front is unreadable. Most of the wiring has been stripped from the back. There appears to be two similar units on the one panel. Some of the controls are labeled "COARSE DELAY", "CLIPPER CONTROL", "CLIPPED GATE", "FINE DELAY", and "PULSE AMPLITUDE".
