The object is a large metal circuit carier with a phenolic board mounted underneath. It has 20 vacuum tube sockets, 18 are populated. Various BNC jacks and two multiconductor connectors are mounted on the top. There are FIVE pairs of indicator lights on the bottom. each pair has a "0" and a "1".
