The object is a module with nine sockets five contain vacuum tubes of varying size. Two of the sockets are filled with potentiometers labeled, "INCR OUT > INH CUR". One of the potentiometers is labeled "7" and the other is labeled "1". All the tubes are framed by a metal handle. In the chassis there are seven phenol circuit boards. The boards are wired to male connectors at the bottom of the chassis. Also printed on the chassis are two inspection stamps reading "K IBM" followed by a number. There are two stickers on the front of the handle, one is red and one is black with a dot in the center.
