This module has seven (7) socket positions and is populated with three (3) tubes in the center positions. The outer positions have potentiometers, There are seven PC boards with passive components below the tube sockets, and connected to three male parallelogram shaped connectors. The paper label on the handle appears to be blank. There is a red adhesive dot on the left front of the handle, a black adhesive dot with a center hole on the right front of the handle, and a red circle with "x" written in red pencil on the right side of the handle.
