The record contains the removable cover for a Teletype. The top of the case folds open to expose the paper roll. There are also a hinged door at the front that opens. "SEND REC. BREAK" is printed on a metal label at the front. There are also "ON" and "OFF" labels above a vertical opening on the right side of the front.
