This is a two piece object. There is an outer 7/8" high cylinder and a inner part with a circular plate that has a small solid cylinder in the center, and two sets of three connector holes on two sides. One of the sets of three have wires with white insulation. Underneath this is a ceramic U-shaped frame with a silicon chip mounted on a small metal bar with a metal shadow mask mounted above it. There is a paper label on the plastic container box which says, "Special for 304 Collimator(?) OD160-1 material."
