This object is a small circular plate on an annular plate that has two silicon chips mounted on a small metal bar. There are three gold posts mounted next to one chips and two mounted (with an unsued hole) next to the other. The tabs protrude through the plate. There is a paper label on the plastic container box which says, "#112l."
