This unit is part of the IBM Stretch Computer System. It has 14 gates that swing out on the front and back of the unit to access the logic modules. There are blue access panels at the top and bottom on the front and back of the unit that allows access to the gate latches. There is a control panel on the top left of the front of the unit. It includes power on and power off switches and a red toggle switch labeled "Main Line On Off." Underneath the switches are 6 rows of indicator lights with labels such as "Data Register" and "Communication and Status."
