Description
Object is the right 1/3 of the CDC 1604 console. It has a formica top on a steel frame supported by a pedestal with two drawers over two aluminum legs. On top is a paper tape reader/punch head with mechanism inside. At the outer end is a small panel with four toggle switches to control the reader/punch. There is an A/C outlet at the bottom of the pedestal between the feet. With the object are: one bag containing two small pieces of punched paper tape, one bag containing the hardware that was used to connect the sections of the console, and a plate covered in wood-grain self-adhesive vinyl that is not part of the console but found with it.
