The object is an assembly of one metal panel bolted to one fiberglass circuit board. The panel has 9 of 18 holes populated with bottle sockets plus two 21-pin connectors, one at each end. The circuit board has small assortment of resistors and capacitors, soldered to through pins. There is hand soldered wiring joining the sockets and the circuit board pins. The phrase "DO NOT SALVAGE" has been hand written on both front and back of the panel.
