This record consists of 8 tubes. The 6136 is a sharp-cutoff pentode in a miniature seven-pin glass envelope. Each object has a small yellow and a small blue dab of paint on top of the glass envelope near the tip. Each tube has a set of numbers printed vertically in two rows in white ink: two objects are marked with '56-22 188-5'; three are marked '56-26 188-5'; and two are marked '57-17 188-4.' The marking is illegible on one.
