This record contains a part from a single channel tube, de assembled into two parts. One part is a metal tube, the other part is a circular cap which fits into the tube. The outside of the cap has five pins and a protruding metal cylinder. The inside of the cap has a ceramic component and various metal components. There are two pieces of reflective glass that were originally attached to the metal components.
