This record contains disassembled parts from a single channel tube. One part is a metal tube, another part is a circular cap which fits into the tube. The cap has four pins that protrude on both sides. One side also has a protruding hollow metal cylinder to which the reflective component is supposed to be attached. This metal cylinder is attached to a ceramic piece with several holes in it.
