The record contains a basic template with holes punched in the center along two edges. One side is metallic copper and the other is matte finish with what appears to be a fake wood grain. Along one edge is a sticker that reads "layer" and another sticker that reads "B2/F5 AL MONO." The corners are removed. There is a foam boarder along the edges on the back of the template.
