Description
This record contains a piece of a single channel tube. This piece has a square opening on one end and a circular opening on the other. There are four glass rods attached to the metal piece. The words "Stainless Do Not Use" were hand written in purple ink on a sticker attached to the original box. The words "Vac fired 8/27/76" were hand written in black ink on a sticker attached to the original box. The words "GOOD" were handwritten in purple ink on the top of the original box.
