These folders contain a preliminary edition of the book titled "Smalltalk: Dreams and Schemes" by Adele Goldberg, David Robson, and Larry Tesler -- along with correspondence and drafts relating to its production and revision. Some of the material in these folders came from two binders labeled "Smalltalk-80 Dreams." This book eventually became 3 published Smalltalk books, which subsequently formed the basis for much of the legal disclosure in the copyright infringement lawsuit that Apple Computer, Inc. filed in 1988 against Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard.
