Chip Morningstar has worked in computing since the 1970s. He is best-known for his work at Lucasfilm Games Division, developing the SCUMM engine used in many of the most popular games of the 1980s and 90s, and for leading the development of the virtual world Habitat. Morningstar also worked on the Xanadu hypertext system, for American Information Exchange, Electric Communities, and several other significant Silicon Valley corporations.
