STARS (Software Technology for Adaptable Reliable Systems) was a DARPA-funded program that contracted IBM, Unisys, and Boeing to develop software engineering standards that could be used across government agencies. DEC partnered with Boeing to work on this program. These folders contain STARS overviews and updates and the proceedings from a STARS conference.
