This is a board from a Military Vax Computer system (MILVAX) designed by DEC and repacked by RaytheonIt consists of a pair PCBs mounted back to back onto a double sided conduction cooled module. Each PCB is composed of hermetic ceramic surface mount devices, The assembly is designed to fit into a USAF ATR chassis. This module has an orange label on the front identifying , and a it as a "CPU (A)". There a pair of white plastic extractors on the front. and a pair of five row by 36 flat pin mail connects at the rear. The front has a pair of LEDs showing through holes in the front bezel labelled "PASS" and "FAULT".
