Press release announcing that U.S District Judge Alicemarie H. Stotler granted Ashton-Tate Corporation a preliminary injunction in its lawsuit against Queue Associates, Inc., and Gary Balleisen of Pebble Beach, Calif. The injunction restrains Queue Associates and Balleisen from disclosing trade secrets embodied in, and copying or transferring, certain Ashton-Tate software, including dBASE III and dBASE III PLUS. Queue Associates and Balleisen were included by Ashton-Tate in a lawsuit filed January 5, 1987, also naming Migent, Inc., of Incline village, Nev. Donated by Ed Esber. 2 scanned pages.
