This paper was presented at the Government Microcircuits Applications Conference in October 1968 and describes pioneering work in the use of CMOS technology for memory arrays. The included photograph of a developmental 288-bit static RAM shows a device donated to the musuem collection by Richard Ahrons who worked at RCA at that time.
