The object is a disk tray for a CDTV disk unit. The case is rectangular and opens by pressing the two corners of the black plastic backing inward. This releases, upward, the clear plastic front. The front cover is marked "CDCaddy". The marking is molded into the clear part of the top cover. The object is designed such that a CD can be read without being removed from the case. In the middle of the clear plastic cover, there is a circular metal that turns the CD while it is still in the case. There is a rectangle of metal on the back of the case that slides out of the way, so that the CD can be read while still in the case.
