Description

A sample plaque from Sun microsystems. The square plaque is made from clear plastic. There is a paper embedded in the plastic. The paper is divided into four quadrants. The upper left quadrant is purple with a close-up of a phone in the background, the upper right quadrant is red with the earth in the background, the lower left quadrant is yellow with a satellite in the background, and the lower right quadrant is green with a keyboard and translucent hands in the background. In the middle of the quadrants There is a white outlined with a faint computer monitor in the background. "Thank you for your contribution to the 1996 SunSoft Technology Exchange" is printed on the clear plastic in the upper left corner. Janpieter Scheerder's signature is printed in white below the thank you. The low the square in the center of the plaque, there is a rectangular black metal plate with gold print. The print reads, "Janpieter Scheerder". There was a sticky note below the plate that said "white names". The Sun Microsystems logo is printed in the bottom right corner.
The back of the plaque is blank. The paper is white on the reverse side. There is a white plastic hook for handing in the middle of the plaque toward the top.
