Description
The object is a large square plaque "Presented to Millie, Nancy Jane, Orna, Peggy, et al. 1185 Design". The body of the plaque is black, but a thin sheet of paper is glued over the front. The paper is page green with a black boarder. "eyemodule", "Serial No. 000004", "Manufactured March 23, 2000" and the recipients are printed at the top of the plaque. In the middle of the plaque there are four clear plastic pegs set in a square. There are 12 signatures in black ink around the edge of the plaque. "Thanks for the spectacularly creative packaging design. We love working with you! From the IDEO eyemodule team!" is printed along the bottom. There is a square logo in the lower right corner reading "design by IDEO."
