Press release announcing that Ashton-Tate was shipping dBASE III PLUS LAN Pack, which enables multiple users to share dBASE III PLUS on a local area network. dBASE III PLUS LAN Pack was a companion product to dBASE III PLUS, Ashton-Tate's database management software product that combines both stand-alone and multi-user capability in a single package. Initial shipments to distributors and retail chains began January 24, 1986.
