Press release announcing an agreement with the Novosibirsk Institute of Electrical Engineering whereby the Institue became the company's first authorized training center in the Soviet Union. Under the agreement the Institute organized and conducted formal training courses for AshtonTate's dBASE database management systems, Framework integrated decision support programs and APPLAUSE II graphics software.
