This report, "Organization of MAGIC II Advanced Computer for Airborne Guidance Systems," describes an improved version of the MAGIC I machine. The text claims that "MAGIC I was the first complete computer to have its logic ciruits mechanized exclusively with integrated circuits. The circuits were Fairchild micrologic." As of this writing MAGIC I had accumulated over 9 months of operation. Eventually over 20,000 MAGIC machines were produced using several generations of logic, including TTL and then VLSI.
