Di Giovanni, 42, will oversee all aspects of Ashton-Tate's worldwide MIS functions and activities. In addition to his duties in the MIS division, Di Giovanni also serves as acting general manager of Ashton-Tate's Systems, Service and Information Division, a post he has held since October 1986.
