This object consists of two rectangular cases containing a set of 25 drawers. The drawers contain information on traditional library catalog cards about the DEC photo library. Not all images in the collection have a card in this catalogThe top three rows of drawers are arranged alphabetically by subject; each card also contains the subject's corresponding DEC photo library ID numbers and image descriptions. The bottom two rows are arranged numerically by DEC photo library ID numbers; each card also contains the corresponding subject and image descriptions. Many cards also include the photographer, date and location where the photo was taken, and who requested the photo be taken.
The two cases are mounted one on top of the other on a metal frame that allows the user easy access to the individual drawers.
