Two identical documents dated February 1968 containing specifications for the General Automation, Inc. SPC-12 stored program controller with 6 programmable 12-bit registers in the central processing unit of a general purpose systems control element for real-time applications such as those involving on-line control, data gathering, process monitoring, data formatting, message switching, data conversion. Stapled to one of the documents was a note "from the desk of R. A. Herman" supplying additional information about the basic SPC-12.
