Object is a plugboard for an IBM machine such as a 519. The cover is installed and a green card in the label holder reads "552" and "513". There is a silver handle at the top of the cover. There is a metal label at the top of the card that says, "Property of International Business Machines Corp. and 590 Madison, Ave. New York, N.Y." In the middle of the label there is Dymo label that says, "60X60". At the bottom of the board there are remnants of the white sticker.
